To help our people continuously develop and improve their knowledge,skills, and abilities, we rolled out our innovative online learning system in 2012. Over the years,, the system has been refined and continuously modified to take care of all requirements in the maximum possible effective manner. The system is designed to include online learning modules, the ability to request and track training, and self-help materials, including audio-visual ones. In addition, the company lays maximum emphasis on imparting both classroom and in-equipment training to continually enhance the competence levels of its employees so as to enable them to meet all external demands satisfactorily.
