Capt. R Yoshigae graduated from Kobe Merchant Maritime University in 1991 and joined Meiji Shipping. After sailing on Tankers, PCCs and Bulkers, have moved ashore and taken over MMS Bulk Shipmanagement Singapore as Managing Director in 2017. After commanding MMS BMS for three years, then transferred to MMS Tokyo as Managing Director in 2020. Subsequently, he was appointed as the President of MMS. Co. Ltd & MMS Maritime India Pvt. Ltd in 2023.

Class I Engineer, Masters in Maritime Law (London), Masters in Business Management, Ph.D. in Business Management (with specialization in Human Resources Management)

Professional Experience : After having sailed out at sea, last as a Chief Engineer, on Oil Tankers, for several years, Sanjay Bhavnani came ashore in the year 1998. After two stints on shore, one at a marine training institute as in charge of all tanker related training and the other at the head office of the Japanese Shipping Company in Tokyo, he moved to the then newly formed MMS Maritime (India) Pvt Ltd in April 2002.The company has been since then involved in the crewing and the training operations pertaining to the seafarers deployed on the tanker fleet vessels chartered to various oil majors.
His present perspective on the crewing aspects is based on his close interactions had with the seafarers as well as with the shore staff with an attempt to align all expectations within an overall and an integrated framework based on the continually increasing industry demands.He is a part of various maritime organisations and involved in representing the views of the industry, on matters relating to Merchant Shipping, Maritime Labour Convention, Seafarers Identity Document, Criminalization of Seafarers, Piracy and Hijacking, STCW matters at International Maritime Organization, Education and Training Matters, besides other related contemporary issues.

Professional Experience : Having sailed for more than 28 years on Foreign Going Vessels and possessing more than 12 years of vast experience in command, Capt. Engineer came ashore in 2007 & joined MMSI gradually handling the entire crewing operations in India. With his vast sea-experience as well as shore stints, he has come a long way to reach the position of a Director with the company. He is known for his strong inter-personal skills & under his able leadership the crewing management is able to meet the ever-increasing challenges imposed on to it.

Professional Experience : Chief Engineer with MMS, Surveyor at Indian Register of Shipping and Manager at Maersk Line. He started his maritime career as a TME with a leading shipping company before eventually moving to MMS where he last sailed as a Chief Engineer on Oil Tankers. He shifted ashore in 2010 and was with a reputed classification society and subsequently with a major container ship owning company in their technical division. He moved to MMSI in 2018 and has been deeply involved in all aspects of crewing and associated activities.

Mrs. Ramila Shingadia

Professional Experience : Mrs. Ramila Shingadia is having more than 20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts. She has a rich experience within the shipping industry through her extensive experience in this field along with that of corporate affairs. She has worked with various shipping companies and has vast experience in the field of Accounts, Finance & Corporate Affairs. She excels in improving processes and maximizing efficiencies and plays a key role in Companies Financial management, Crewing Budget & Corporate Affairs.
Qualifications :
Master Mariner, BSc Nautical Science, Bachelor of Laws( LLB), Presently pursuing PhD in Climate Change.
Working with MMSI since : November 2021
Professional Experience : After having sailed out at Sea for more than 18 Years on Tankers including Parcel Chemical Tankers, Aframax Crude Tankers, Bitumen Tankers & Bulk Carriers, Capt. S.R.Das finally stepped ashore in 2015 and since then has been passionately involved in Maritime Training, QHSE & Ship Vetting Inspections related activities. Has extensive experience of conducting specialised Chemical Tankers Training, SIRE 2.0, Rightship Inspection and Vessel specific Trainings for Seafarers, joined MMSI Maritime(India) Pvt Ltd in November 2021. He presently heads the Learning & Development ( Training) Department and the System Department of MMSI Maritime(India) Pvt Ltd.
